Return Policy:
Acceptable Reasons for Returns:
1. Fault with the Product(s): If you receive a product with a fault, kindly take photos of the issue and send them to us for investigation. We will replace the faulty product if necessary and arrange collection of the incorrect mats on a suitable date.
2. Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product (e.g., wrong make or model), please take photos of the issue and send them to us. We will investigate and send a replacement at no cost, arranging collection of the incorrect mats on a suitable date.
Returns We Cannot Accept:
We regret that we cannot accept returns for orders placed incorrectly by the customer, as all orders are made to order. However, we can provide replacement mats at a charge. Please note that we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged. For Emerald Mats:
We understand the importance of a perfect fit when ordering Emerald mats. To ensure accuracy, we take extra care. Before processing your order, we offer to send you an image or a paper template upon request to confirm fitment. This precaution is necessary as platinum mats are thicker and more expensive than our other mats. Once fitment is confirmed, we proceed with processing your order. However, if fitment issues arise after confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for providing a credit or replacement, as the template was initially confirmed by you, the customer. We highly recommend double-checking fitment before confirmation to avoid any issues.
