We Cannot Accept Returns for the Following Reasons:

For Emerald Mats:
We understand the importance of a perfect fit when ordering Emerald mats. That's why we take extra care to ensure accurate fitment. Before processing your order, we'll send you an image or paper template upon request to confirm fitment. This is particularly crucial as platinum mats are thicker and more expensive than our other mats.
Once fitment is confirmed, we'll proceed with your order. However, if you experience any fitment issues after confirmation, we cannot be held responsible for providing credit or replacement. This is because the template was initially confirmed by you, the customer. We recommend double-checking fitment before confirmation to avoid any issues.

Yes. All our products have fixing clips/fasteners that ensure that the mats don’t move at all.

3. Where do you ship and how long would it take to deliver my order?
We ship all across the UK. And since every mat is custom-made it could take 5-7 days for the mats to be delivered to your doorstep.

While the carpet mats might look nice and cover a big area, they're not as durable. On the other hand, rubber mats have multiple layers of protection and are a great choice for builders and anyone else who tends to have dirtier shoes

Absolutely! Absolutely! However, we recommend you hand-wash them as using a washing machine could get them scuffed and scratched.

The process is really simple. First, take out the mats from your car and give them a little shake to get rid of any debris. Next, rinse them with some fresh water. Finally, you can give them a good scrub with a cleanser and a stiff bristle brush.
